Outbound Labs provides a done-for-you cold email outreach service for B2B SaaS companies. Our service includes prospect research, personalized email copywriting, deliverability setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-up, and inbox rotation), and campaign sending. Each campaign targets a specific number of prospects as agreed upon at the time of purchase.
We do not guarantee specific reply rates, meetings booked, or closed deals. Results depend on factors including your product-market fit, offer, and industry. All performance metrics shared on our website are historical averages and not contractual commitments.
All payments are processed upfront via PayFast, our third-party payment gateway. We offer two pricing plans:
Prices are subject to change. Any changes will not affect campaigns already purchased. By completing a payment, you agree to these terms in full.
Single Campaign: If we have not yet sent any emails for your campaign, you may request a full refund. Once the first email has been sent, the campaign fee is non-refundable.
Monthly Retainer: You may cancel your retainer at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period. The month in which you cancel will still be delivered in full.

All email copy, campaign strategies, prospect lists, and related materials created by Outbound Labs in the course of providing our service remain the intellectual property of Outbound Labs until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the campaign materials for your own business purposes.
Our website, brand assets, logos, and marketing materials are the exclusive property of Outbound Labs and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Outbound Labs provides its services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outbound Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific campaign giving rise to the claim.
Outbound Labs is committed to compliance with applicable anti-spam and data protection laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and POPIA. We research prospects to ensure relevance and include opt-out mechanisms in every email. You agree to promptly forward any unsubscribe requests or complaints you receive to us.
Either party may terminate a retainer agreement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service immediately if you breach these terms, use our service for illegal purposes, or fail to make timely payments.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
